The state-of-the-art facilities at Oliver and Hunt's Ocala faclility include:
- Race track training on a brand new state of the art 1 mile track and 7/8 turf course equipped with starting gates and lights for early morning training and/or for making young horses accustomed to night racing.
- Brand new center aisle barns
- Brand new European style horse exerciser
- Brand new round pen for breaking
- Equine swimming
- All nestled on lush rolling pastures shaded with huge grand daddy oak trees.
